Following the publication of the SACN report on lower carbohydrates for Type 2 Diabetes there has been a renewed focus on the role of diet and its potential for reversing Type 2 Diabetes. However it is important for practitioners to acknowledge there are a number of effective strategies to control and even reverse Type 2 Diabetes.
Nutritionist Christine Bailey will explore the variety of approaches shown to be effective together with supplement strategies and a look at key lab markers to be monitoring using Functional DX panels.
